EXTRACT HBPLUS HYDROGEN BONDS FROM DIFFERENT CHAINS



This program reads in an HBPLUS output file (*.hb2)
and writes out only those hydrogen bonds that are between 2 atoms of 2 different chains.
This program also writes out the PyMOL commands that will select those different-chain hydrogen bond atoms.
Please provide an HBPLUS file. See format here.
